I didn’t realize that all of Congress’s bills were named to describe what they’re working against, a la the Clear Skies Act, No Child Left Behind Act, Operation Enduring Freedom, etc.

I guess this means Biden isn’t as cool as I thought he was back when I heard he was responsible for the RAVE Act. “Reducing American’s Vulnerability to Ecstasy”? What ever happened to PLUR, Joe? Opposite Day isn’t PLUR! You guys look really happy, why not us?
